Danai Howard

I am a multimedia journalist currently based in Hong Kong as an editor for Agence France-Presse (AFP) news agency.

Prior to AFP, I worked as a digital production editor at South China Morning Post, and as a broadcast producer for BBC World News and BBC World Service Radio in London, pitching stories, finding guests, editing and putting together news sequences, and outputting programmes on air.

I have a particular interest in China and APAC, and speak five languages including Mandarin Chinese, which I talk about on my YouTube and Instagram channels.
